Returns & Refunds (Printify Orders)

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order, but because our items are made-to-order, returns are handled a bit differently than big-box retail.

Eligible returns

Returns may be accepted if an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or wrong print)

Non-returnable items

Because products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item/style.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Damages & issues (important)

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s a problem, contact damien.m@hotmail.ca within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • clear photos of the item and any packaging damage

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If your issue qualifies (damage/defect/wrong item), we’ll replace it. Otherwise, you can place a new order for the correct item.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.
