Shipping Policy (Printify Fulfillment)
Made-to-order fulfillment
All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner (Printify and its print providers). This helps reduce waste and ensures each item is produced specifically for you.
Processing time
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. Production times can vary by product type and seasonal demand.
Shipping time
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout when available, but carrier delays can happen.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. In that case, you may receive multiple tracking links and deliveries.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and items in your cart.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email damien.m@hotmail.ca as soon as possible. Once production starts or the order ships, changes may not be possible.
International orders (duties & taxes)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Carrier delays / missing packages
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your package appears delayed or missing, email damien.m@hotmail.ca and we’ll help investigate with Printify and the carrier.
